The challenge
E2open needed to improve the way users navigated and understood a complex digital ecosystem. The existing website structure presented opportunities to better organize content, clarify audience pathways, and make key information easier to find. To create a more intuitive experience, the project required a strategic UX and information architecture approach grounded in site analysis, research, and extensive user and stakeholder interviews.
